My Process
Therapeutic Approach
My approach blends evidence-based methods with personalized care. I focus on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—so you can release shame, trust yourself, and grow into the confident woman you were meant to be.
Mission
My mission is to guide women toward self-discovery, emotional freedom, and empowerment. You deserve to heal, find your voice, and embrace life with confidence.
Working With Me
I work with women ready to reclaim their clarity, confidence, and sense of self after experiencing an abusive or controlling relationship. Abuse often leaves survivors questioning their self-worth, doubting their decisions, and feeling isolated or overwhelmed. Many women have lived with patterns of manipulation, criticism, and impossible “double binds,” which can make everyday life feel confusing and exhausting.
Using trauma-informed techniques such as EMDR, R-TEP, Run/Walk/Talk, and psychoeducation, I will help you:
Clarify your thoughts and feelings so you can make decisions aligned with your goals and values
Identify and strengthen your personal resources, skills, and resilience
Recognize manipulative behaviors and coercive tactics so you can evaluate relationships with clarity
Navigate post-separation abuse and establish strong boundaries
Strategize co-parenting with manipulative partners when parallel parenting is necessary
Process intrusive memories and emotions to feel more confident and empowered
Through this work, you’ll gain tools, insight, and self-trust to move forward with confidence, knowing you are not alone.
